Thomas Galway has over twenty five years' management experience in the service sector, and has spent the majority of his career in a senior management position. He has been a Director at Q Solutions since 2003 providing specialist consultancy services to high profile clients within the private, public and voluntary sectors across the UK and Ireland. Building on his BSc in Human Communication, he has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in relation to business improvement strategies, developing others in a workplace environment and creating value-added solutions for client companies. He is also a member of the Chartered Quality Institute and has successfully completed the IRCA accredited Quality Lead Auditor course and the IRCA accredited Occupational Health & Safety Lead Auditor course. 

Neasa Hunter formerly specialised in marketing in the publishing, advertising and recruitment sectors. She has also spent some time lecturing in marketing at university level. In addition to completing the IEMA accredited Environmental Lead Auditor, IRCA accredited ISO 9001/AS 9100 Lead Auditor, IRCA accredited Occupational Health & Safety Lead Auditor course,s she is also a member of the Chartered Quality Institute. She is currently a committee member and former Chair of the Ireland region and Northern Ireland branch of the Chartered Quality Institute.
